18280 - Crash when leave blank for incoming server name when creating new news account from Account Wizard

Application Crash when tried to create new account for the news server from
Accoun Wizard.

1) Tried to create new account for news server.
2) The application Crash before complete the new news server's account from the
Account Wizard.

more details please. Where does it crash? what is the last thing you clicked?
what was the last thing on screen when it crashed?

Provide More Details as following:

1)Select New Account
2)Select News from New Account Setup.
3)Enter Identity for username & Email address -> select Next
4)Server Information: Select News Server, Leave Incoming Server Name blank,
  Enter Outgoing(SMTP)Server,-> select Next
5) Enter User Name and leave password blank -> select Next
6) Enter Account Name
7) Select Next on the New Messenger Account Wizard -> Crash at this point.

The Talkback Incident ID is:534128 - Crash during creating new News account.
Please also see Talkback Incident ID 534133, It keep crash after last crash.

Change the summary to specify the problem.
