When entering a page with ex. chinese text, i get a dialog (without title!) ->

When I click on Cancel, nothing happens .. hmm
I have to close it by "clicking on the red X"

Reproduced on WinXP SP1, 2002113004.

I used http://sports.sina.com.cn/n/2001-10-14/14192526.shtml to generate the dialog.

Briefly, the only way to close the dialog is with the close box on the frame.
