Details

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to www.youtube.com and open a video.
  2. Go to full-screen mode.
  3. While watching a video in full-screen mode, press the home button.
  4. Observe the behaviour.

Expected behavior

When watching a video in full-screen mode, by pressing the home button the video is moved into a tiny floating window.

Actual behavior

By pressing the Home button, the audio stops as if the tab had been closed and the floating window doesn't appear.

  • Firefox version: 114.a1 from 20.04.2023
  • Android device model: Xiaomi Pad 5, Google Pixel 7, Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4, Xiaomi Mi8 Lite, Samsung Galaxy S9
  • Android OS version: Android 13, Android 13, Android 13, Android 10, Android 8

Any additional information?

This issue is also reproducible on Focus.
This issue is not reproducible on: Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (A 9), Motorola Moto G9 plus (Android 11).
