User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/112.0

Steps to reproduce:

I don't like the thick-line icon as the Shortcuts icon in Home tab in about:preferences.
So, I have proposal (I will attach two screenshots).

Original report in GitHub: https://github.com/black7375/Firefox-UI-Fix/issues/693 (marked as Won't fix).

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::New Tab Page' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Component: Untriaged → New Tab Page

To avoid misunderstanding: the First screenshot is about an icon I don't like, and the second screenshot is with icon that would replace the icon in the first screenshot.

If this issue is available I'd take it, if anyone sees this could you please assign me.. Thanks

But I didn't have permission to assign someone. You should wait if some Mozilla staff will respond.
Also, it is badly triaged, not “New Tab Page”, but “Icons”, I think.

Opening this enhancement and changing the component to Firefox Theme.

Severity: -- → S4
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Component: New Tab Page → Theme
Ever confirmed: true

I think, that if someone would rotate the “Show thumbnails” icon from the Firefox's PDF reader, then it will be even more similar to “Shortcuts” icon, so I think, that rotated variant of “Show thumbnails” would be better than “Show thumbnails” itself. (I think rotation of 90 degrees left or right)

To avoid another misunderstanding, then “Show thumbnails” is the icon from the second screenshot marked with arrow.
