1829483 - Videos cannot enter full screen in private windows

The following steps were reproduced on macOS 13.3.1 (22E261). The video attached shows the steps starting from step 3.

1. Create a new profile
2. Quit Firefox
3. Launch Firefox with the new profile
4. Enable "Open previous windows and tabs"
5. Enter full screen
6. Open a new full screen private window
7. Quit and reopen Firefox
8. Enter full screen
9. Open a new full screen private window
10. Go to a video, for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEjH775UeNg
11. Attempt to enter full screen
12. Attempt to exit full screen
13. Reload the page with CMD-R
14. Attempt to click the media autoplay button
15. Attempt to enter full screen again

The video does not enter full screen. The media autoplay button appears but clicking it has no effect. The issue can be reproduced in the 114.0a1 (2023-04-22) nightly build, the 113.0b6 beta build, and the 112.0.1 release build. The issue does not occur if the main window is not full screen when the private window is opened.

Note that I manually ran each build instead of letting mozregression run it because quitting and restarting Firefox is a necessary step to reproduce the issue.

Now that the proposed fix in Bug 1829403 has landed, would you please try to replicate the issue with an updated Nightly build?
