Steps to reproduce:
Testing shows that browser-history's "Most Recent Visit"-column displays properly, but that its "Added" and "Last Modified" columns display only as blank. I believe that all of date-related column's data used to display correctly.
Actual results:
When I enable viewing of the Library's "Added" or "Last Modified" columns, the associated date-data fields are entirely blank.
Expected results:
When I enable viewing of the Library's "Added" or "Last Modified" columns, the associated date fields should show date date (like the data displayed in the "Most Recent Visit" column).
I only use FF on my Win64 PC, not on my cell phone. So I don't know if this bug occurs on phones or tablets. Some people use brower-history entry's dates for evidentiary purposes (for evidence in lawsuits), but I don't see this as a critical security problem.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Added and Last Modified are currently only referred to Bookmarks, since you are looking at an History entry, they are blank.
We could evaluate populating them for history, though Last Modified would be pretty much the same as "Most Recent Visit" so it would just dupe data. Date Added could be more like a First Visited, though fetching that info today has a cost.
I think the best path forward would be to provide a custom selection of columns depending on what you are looking at, that's bug 412175.
Though more likely this will be resolved by an History view redesign.
