I have provided the patch that adds clang-15.

Unfortunately, clang-15 does not combine well with opt (for example, https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=nss-try&revision=73eb5247180a3a979d11798f2f473016c5fcd0f7). The container is killed in 3600 seconds =\

For now I am not planning to land the patch, but it will be a nice addition.

The problem with clang-15, is that it was failing opt builds because of the timers. We will try again when NSS migrates
