Note

• When the user loads the main page of Youtube/Netflix and hovers over the thumbnail of some video, the PiP's URB bar entry point gets displayed. If the user attempts to click it, he will un-hover the thumbnail and the video preview will stop, thus causing the URL bar entry point to disappear.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load www.youtube.com
2. Hover a video thumbnail to watch the video preview.
3. Observe the URL bar.

Expected result

• The PiP's URL bar entry point does not appear.

Actual result

• The URL bar entry point gets displayed.

Regression range

• Not a regression, but an implementation issue.

Additional notes

• Slight differences of behavior might be observed, but it definitely occurs on all OS types.

Occasionally the URL bar entry point is also displayed on Hulu - Previews (when there is no video player present)

I've noticed same issue on play.max.com(previously Hbo Max), first time when accessing the website or after refreshing the page, while testing in Firefox 122.0b1 on Ubuntu 22.04.
It's worth mentioning that the Pip toggle is also displayed in the preview video.
