Given:

   a<span> b</span>

...if b starts a line, then the height of its line box will be too much. This
only happens during incremental reflows as far as I can tell.
Testcase:

Requires the Ahem font. The incremental reflow is caused by JS changing the
width of the <body> element.

If the test has passed, there will be no red.
