Preconditions

• have some saved passwords inside Brave browser

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox and import passwords from Brave.

Expected result

• Passwords are imported.

Actual result

• No passwords are imported

Regression range

• Reproduced with Firefox 100.0 as well. Not a recent regression. Will search for one ASAP if there is one.

Aditional notes

• Attached a screen recording.
• Works as expected on Windows 10x64.

This error can be seen in the browser console on import.

It seems that the issue is not a regression. I can reproduce the issue starting with bug 1557835. Removing flags.
