When you visit a site that Windows doesn't have the language pack for Mozilla
displays a dialog called "Download Font".   The dialog is currently about 2 or 3
lines larger than the content.   A simple fix, but it looks weird.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a site you dont have a language pack for
2. Look at the dialog that pops up
3.

Actual Results:  
"Download Font" dialog pops up that is too large for content

Expected Results:  
Correctly sized dialog box

Reproduced on 2003020708 trunk WinME.  Suggest change OS to All.

NorthMan, this feature is only for Windows platforms. Font Downloading is not
for Mac or Linux. So, we should not change the OS to all.

My buildID is {2003021008}. The bug is always reproducible.
Moreover, the "download font" window *IS NOT* a dialog! You can, for example,
maximize or minimize it.

Confirmed (on Win95); I had it when viewing an email source (Ctrl-U).

Severity should be changed from 'Normal' to 'Trivial'.

I suggest to update the Summary to '"Download Font" dialog/window is larger and
higher (vertical & horizontal sizes) than its content'
*In my case, the window is a little less than double sized in both horizontal
and vertical sizes.
*Keep the 'dialog' keyword for BugZilla search, even if it's actually a window.
