I put the Video DownloadHelper extension in the collection list and cannot install.
Actual results:
Unable to install extension.
Expected results:
Let it install.

Video DownloadHelper requires permission nativeMessaging (aka Exchange messages with programs other than Firefox) which is blocked in Fenix.

Jacky, thanks for identifying the missing permission. Implementing native messaging is bug 1632903. We can re-test this bug after bug 1632903 is fixed.
