I've never taken the time to report this before, but this is a stability issue that I've been experiencing for months, and for which I've preferred to be patient (it's almost a year since my other Bug #1779505 for a similar problem with a different culprit for reference), knowing that updates would eventually fix the problem.
However, although the situation has improved with updates and I'm experiencing fewer crashes than before, a few times a week instead of several times a day until recently, I thought it was still worth taking the time to report it.
These random crashes with certain UI elements can occur when:
- Holding down a link to load the preview thumbnail, or loading it and then choosing to open the link in a new tab or in Private Browsing.
- Opening a new tab while in Private Browsing and then returning to the previous tab
- Open a tab that has been in the background for a while.
- Sometimes when simply browsing. Note that if this happens on a site where I was logged in, when I reopen Firefox on the left tab, I notice that I am logged out and need to log in again on that site.
I haven't reinstalled Firefox for a long time in the hope of keeping the logs as consistent as possible, so let me know if there's anything I can send.

Despite the limited changelog, I have noticed that the issues were promptly addressed with the release of version 113.1. My experience has improved significantly and I have not encountered any crashes so far. Thanks.
