In conversation about health metrics that'd be nice to have for PingCentre Replacement system validation, we came up with some additional health metrics we should probably keep an eye out for on the existing product-level monitoring dashboards: basically everything in glean.upload.* but specifically deleted_pings_after_quota_hit and discarded_exceeding_pings_size (because anything in those is definite data loss).
