1830942 - Print preview is missing headers & footers on right side of the page when printing with mixed page sizes

STR:

1. Print preview the attached testcase, with headers/footers enabled
2. Look at for the right-side header/footer on the second page.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The right-side header/footer are missing or substantially clipped.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
They should be present.

(Interestingly: when I print to a physical printer, they show up -- however, all of page 2's headers/footers get clipped at the sheet-edges a little bit. That part is related to unwriteable margin and I'm going to spin that off seprately.)

Here's Chrome for comparison. They show all the headers/footers (though notably they never right-align their top-right header, in general, not just in this testcase).

Chrome also shows the second sheet of paper with a landscape orientation, whereas Firefox renders a landscape-oriented page shrunk-to-fit onto a portrait-oriented sheet.

Aha, actually, I think this is just a special case of bug 1763246!

Both the print-preview part (with header/footer largely missing) as well as the physical printer part (with header/footer clipped at sheet edges) are the same symptoms as in bug 1763246.
