Upstream is currently blocked on regression from bug 1919404. I've filed wgpu-compute-toy#27 to update it to latest WGPU.

This task is, in general, done. There are more concrete issues, but since compute.toys is fundamentally a user-generated content site that allows WebGPU API usage, we should take concrete issues as they come up going forward.
