Our performance artifact schema provides a field for a pretty/public name so that we don't need to display the internal name for it: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/5c922d8b93b43c18bf65539bfc72a30f84989003/testing/mozharness/external_tools/performance-artifact-schema.json#48-53
We need to add some public in all of our performance tests so they can be used in the results display in PerfCompare.

The meta keyword is there, the bug doesn't depend on other bugs and there is no activity for 12 months.
