This bug is for integrating the TP7 test pageset into Talos.

Note that TP5 in Talos has tp5o, and tp5n which are two different pagesets. tp5o is an optimized pageset so we'll need to consider how to implement both of these. Maybe we can use the high-value tests for this, however that changes on a rolling basis, and it could result in unstable tests.
