Let's bulk remove a bunch which are obviously super old and should never be turned off.

This is a builtin feature enabled by default for years.

Addtionaly, if disabled it can prevent debugging page correctly with fission enabled.

Also renamed workers to threads as this code is no longer specific to workers!

The second preference wasn't used.
Otherwise the "overlay" preferences should be considered the default behavior.
