If images do not loaded, i can't load them back to page

When I switch in mozilla 'Do not load any images'
it's off loading all images.. all right with it, but then when I try load them
back to the page, mozilla clear tab (why?) and trying open image in this tab..
but anyway do not show it..
seems mozilla try download it.. (seems cuz traffic spended for loading image
which i tried to view)..
mozilla just don't show images which was disabled to downloading..
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. 'Edit->Preferences->Privacy & Security->Images->Do not load any images'
2. click 'Ok'
3. go to http://www.mozilla.org
4. click right mouse button on mozilla-banner.gif (at top of the page)
5. choose View image
Actual Results:
mozilla do not show the image but must.
Expected Results:
mozilla must show image
