User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:112.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/112.0
Steps to reproduce:
1.Fresh FF on Android 13.
2. Login to sync
3. On the Laptop go to "Connect other device..."
4. A QR Code is being displayed. Actually its a QR Code to download the app, but on cursory glance, the user might assume its the qr code to link the devices.
5. Scan the QR Code with the device
6. A login field appears.
7. Login to the FF account
8. You end up at an FF account settings page, logged-in, but Sync is still not enabled.
Expected results:
Maybe add the data to link the devices to the QR Code shown at https://accounts.firefox.com/pair? Or drop the qr code there? Because it sure is pretty confusing

I think this is a duplicate of bug 1859700, which will be fixed by a new device pairing workflow in https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXA-9334.
