Details

Due to the requirement from authorities in China, Beijing office decides to host a piece of Privacy Notice ( content has been confirmed with legal team via emails before ). Temporarily we put it here (but just in Chinese) http://27.firefox.com.cn/about/privacy/firefox-android/ , we may move it to a https later. I've moved this to https://www.firefox.com.cn/about/privacy/firefox-android/

Thus we need to modify the pop window content of fenix, and also the link to privacy notice.
