For now we disabled them on Fenix mainly for a matter of UX/UI.
In order to enable them, we'd need to have:

  • icons;
  • design for elements to set colors, font size, pen size.

On desktop, the color selector is the one from <input type="color"...>.
The desktop UI can be tested on Fenix in using:
https://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/web/viewer.html
