Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch Mozilla 1.2x 2. Check tool bar 3. Expected Results: QA and Debug menu options should appear.
Please search bugzilla before submitting bugs. This is not only not a blocker: This is by design. Those menus should not be in release builds. (see bug 180823, 139335, 163246 etc.) Resolving as invalid.
