Once Bug 1832681 lands, and we have a mechanism to manually unbreak individual websites (related to Bug 1824222 but explicitly that) we should remove this pref.
See https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/issues/40374 for why I want to wait before doing this.

Now that we have an RFPTarget for this, we should be able to remove the pref.
