Steps to reproduce:
Enabled HDR in Windows HDR colour settings
Opened Firefox developer edition
Went to youtube and played some video
Actual results:
The colours are washed out/incorrect
Expected results:
The colours should be shown correctly

This is the output of the mozregression, I tested local mp4 (so i dont have to deal with checking cookies etc on youtube) and clicked good/bad depending on whether the viewed video had broken colours or not
