In about:support, present codec support information as a colored matrix instead of a list of strings to make it easier to see which codecs are supported and which aren't. This uses locale support to display supported / unsupported strings (en-US in this patch).
Pushed by azebrowski@mozilla.com: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/rev/c37910bebc71 Present about:support codec support information as a matrix instead of a list of strings to improve readability, include locale support to avoid hardcoded strings. r=aosmond,fluent-reviewers,desktop-theme-reviewers,flod,Itiel
