A follow-up to Bug 1832681 - for unusual combinations of the RFPTargets we should:

  • add tests to browser_canvas_fingerprinting_resistance.js
  • when CanvasExtractionFromThirdPartiesIsBlocked=false, delegate the permission check to the top level domain instead of prompting from the iframe
