Details
After visiting https://webmidi-examples.glitch.me/ and installing site permission add-on to grant access to WebMIDI, a post-installation prompt mentioning managing add-ons is shown (Which seems to be the generic post-installation dialog).
However, no site permission add-on is shown in about:addons
. The permission is actually revoked through the "Permissions for" dialog on the left side of the site's URL (But not in about:preferences#privacy
).

Hm, are you sure? If you look on the left side in about:addons, there's a dedicated section for Site Permissions.
The permission is actually revoked through the "Permissions for" dialog on the left side of the site's URL (But not in
about:preferences#privacy
).
That is an alternate method, yes — but since we're leaning on the installation metaphor, I think it's better to point users at uninstallation for revocation.
