Go to https://emdash.ai/with Software WebRender

Actual results:

You can see flickering in the upper part of the website with the moving books animation.

Expected results:

No flickering.

I'm not able to reproduce on my macOS machine. Indeed I don't see any "moving books animation" on the top of the page. Tim, if you can reproduce, would you please triage it?

That's the link I'm using: https://emdash.ai/. The page has no animated elements that I can discern. Firefox User, would you please attach a screenshot or a video demonstrating the issue?

This reproduces in HW-WR and SW-WR. So I don't believe this is a SW-WR bug. Probably better for Glenn to look into.

This does look like some kind of snapping / border sizing issue. Nical, is it something you'd have time to investigate?
