Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://emdash.ai/with Software WebRender

Actual results:

You can see flickering in the upper part of the website with the moving books animation.

Expected results:

No flickering.

I'm not able to reproduce on my macOS machine. Indeed I don't see any "moving books animation" on the top of the page. Tim, if you can reproduce, would you please triage it?

This reproduces in HW-WR and SW-WR. So I don't believe this is a SW-WR bug. Probably better for Glenn to look into.
