1834634 - Add feed id value to the logged output when a story is processed

Having the actual ID of the feed story we get from Phabricator in the logged output will help wonders when trying to unstick the phabbugz feed. We can see the ID that is failing for any reason such as code bug, etc. and then increment the value in the phabbugz table to the next value to bypass the error. Currently to get the ID that is failing requires getting into the Phabricator DB via bastion host and other steps.
