At the moment, in the "All issues" section, if the property is only used by one element, we directly show the element, but if it's used by multiple ones, we render <details>/<summary> elements to group all the nodes under.

We shouldn't have this inconsistency as it could be confusing for people.
Let's always have the <details> element, and if it only has one item inside it, automatically open it.

We used to directly render the element using the property when
it was only used in one element.
For consistency, let's always show the X occurence details element,
and have it open if the property is only used in one element.
