Details

Currently, onTrayPositionSelected and handleTrayScrollingToPosition make it seem like they handle scrolling to the active tab when they actually handle the tab page clicks AND scrolling to the active tab for the XML version of the Tabs Tray.

Once the XML version is removed, this function should be refactored to simply be a tab page click handler.
