Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 115.0a1-20230525234553

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://signup.live.com
  2. Proceed with account creation until captcha is required.
  3. Complete the captcha.
  4. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The account creation is complete.

Actual Behaviour:
Unable to register, the captcha keeps resetting.

Notes:

  1. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
