+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1830392 +++

The version numbers of Gecko, Firefox and Thunderbird are getting increased from 115 to 116 on 2023-06-05.

Merges from the integration branch autoland to mozilla-central will be blocked once the version gets increased on mozilla-central until Bugzilla has support for version 116.

The new flags should be added on Friday before the merge on Monday to not block the merge related work on Monday.
