Details
On Arch Linux with Gnome (Wayland), the Picture-on-Picture window does not stay on top by default. I always need to right-click the window and enable the option. Is there a way to make this behavior the default?

Thanks for the report!
Applications can't make themselves "always on top" on Wayland for security reasons. Only the user can do it manually by right click.
