when press tab list button, it sometime shows first tab instead of current selected tab.

Steps to reproduce:

I have many tab opened (100+ tabs).
Normally, when I click tab list button, next to address bar, tab list panel shows up and automatically scroll to the current tab. For example, if my current tab is at bottom of list, it scrolls to buttom.

Actual results:

The problem is; tab list panel sometime does not scroll to my current tab. It shows list of tabs that are at the head of list.

Expected results:

Tab list panel should automatically scroll to the current tab.
