As a followup to Bug 1833209, we agreed to re-verify recommendation states and validity dates that are stored in the XPIProvider Addon DB and XPIStates files against potential tempering, similarly to what we are already doing for the signedState flag which is being re-verified every day by XPIDatabase.verifySignatures.
