Once bug 1835959 and its dependencies are resolved, we will need to stand up a new landing worker that only completes landing jobs for try. This should involve standing up a new worker and setting the REPOS_TO_LAND environment variable to just try. This will allow try pushes to be landed as quickly as possible and not backlog regular Phabricator->hg landing jobs.

When we are ready to implement this, we should probably consider setting the DEFAULT_GRACE_SECONDS environment variable to 0, so jobs don't have a two minute "grace period" before landing on try. The grace period is a nice feature for cancelling landings on release repos, but for try pushes it would be better if they landed ASAP.

One more thing to add here for completeness, is that try should be removed from the other landing worker configuration in the same deployment, otherwise it could cause a logjam.

:dlactin and I worked together to get the try landing worker PR merged and deployed. It took a few more updates to various Helm charts, but we now have a functional try-only landing worker on Lando dev. I'm still doing some testing to ensure the configuration is correct but this is very promising.

Barring some other issue I think we should be able to deploy this to production next week.

This is deployed, and try jobs are being picked up with the separate worker. Shout-out to jbuck and dlactin for all their work setting this up.
