Re-download  Mozilla 1.2.1
try again
same action   Mozilla won't start

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Double click Mozilla 1.2.1 icon
2.Mozilla startup  gets to "Creating startup window"
3.Never proceeds to open Browser window



Expected Results:  
Open Mozilla 1.2.1  browser window

Are you installing over an older build of Mozilla? If so, that's most likely the
root of the problem. Mozilla cannot upgrade in place. Try uninstalling first,
then installing the newer build.

I am 99.99% sure this is caused by an incompatible theme in your profile, either
create a new profile or delete the file chrome.rdf from the old one.
