It should be possible for the bug_id parameter to set both the list of visible bugs and the order they should be listed.
The current behaviour uses the user's previously selected order by default, or a specific column. Adding a special value to the order field, not exposed in the UI, would be useful when opening lists of bugs from dashboards.
