Details

Every time the bookmarks file is saved, a new blank line is added between the <DOCTYPE> and the <bookmarks> tag.
Fixed.

vrfy'd fixed on 10.2.2 with 2002.12.10.04. no blank lines were added btwn <DOCTYPE> and <bookmarks> when i made bookmark changes.
