Details

We save the bookmarks file every time you touch something in the info window. We
should only save it when something changes.

actually, i verified that this is fixed by watching the"date modified" value in
a find window for the bookmarks.xml file. it didn't change when i opened (but
made no changes to) and closed the info window.
