This ticket is for adding android chrome to the existing applications we are testing for startup performance.
We have the ability to run android chrome through adb the same way we can run fenix, focus and geckoview_example, we just need to modify the regular expressions searching for run time numbers.
This is something the mobile team thinks would be helpful and is a priority

Update: Got a successful chrome run locally for Cold Main First Frame, will be working on getting Cold View Nav Start now

I have added a patch on how to run startup tests on mobile, I am going to be working with mleclair on Tuesday/Wednesday to understand the logs and ensure we are tracking what is intended when getting measurements from the logcat files
