Downloading appears to copy to c:\windows\temp, then after completion, copies to
the actual target directory.
This is not so good for very large files.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Dwnload a large file (Mandrake distro)
2.
3.
Actual Results:
After the download completes, Mozilla locks while it copies the file from the
C:\windows\temp folder to the target folder. If the target is on another disc
(or partition of the same disc) this can take quite a while for a large file.
While this copy is taking place, Mozilla does not respond to window activation
commands - nor does the download window open.
Expected Results:
For large files, where the target folder is not on c:\, copy directly to the
target folder.
One of the copied files also ended up the wrong length. I am not sure if this is
a bug or a problem with the download - the manager says it copied 716352KB - or
the copy operation - the file is only 510,345KB in the final target folder.
Dup of bug 69938
There are several "wrong length" bugs filed lately, so whatever that is - it's
covered for. (Please only file one bug per bug-report)
