Add test for paragraph and line separators

Line separator (0x2028) and paragraph separator (0x2029) are rendered differently on different browsers.

FF and Safari do not display them, while Chrome, depending on platform, displays either space, l-sep/p-sep symbol or missing glyph, see FF bug and Chrome bug.

According to unicode specification, line and paragraph separators should be rendered as space, compare https://www.unicode.org/faq/unsup_char.html#2.
