I noticed in the past few days that KB content marked with {for fx113} tags will also display for fx112 and below, both when you view the article in an older version of Firefox and when you change the "Customize this article" version picker to version 112 or below. Examples:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-bookmarks-internet-explorer-or-microsoft-edge
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-data-another-browser
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-bookmarks-google-chrome

Adding Fabi to the CC list since she also noticed this problem.
I also noticed that the issue is only for content marked {for fx113}. The https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-bookmarks-google-chrome article also has {for fx114} content that is NOT shown for previous versions. If it makes any difference, Firefox version 113 is currently the default.

Related issue:
The https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-older-version-firefox article displays {for =fx113} content (a link to the Firefox 112 installer) in all Firefox versions, including older versions and also when viewed in Firefox version 114 or 115 (Version 115 was just added to the version picker). Content that is {for =fx113} is only supposed to display for Firefox 113.

I checked the articles linked above and I can no longer reproduce this bug. This was posted to https://github.com/mozilla/sumo/issues/1333

It looks like the versions in admin were not set up properly - mobile was labeled fx113 and desktop was labeled m113. I changed these, and everything appears to be working as expected now.
