Steps to reproduce:

Open two different Firefox profiles at the same time.

Actual results:

Both profiles are grouped together in the taskbar, making it hard to see what browser window belongs to what profile. Or even how many profiles you have running.

Expected results:

Browser windows should be grouped by Firefox profile.

I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of Bug 1610526. Although this enhancement request does not specifically ask for different icons per-profile, for both enhancements the difficult part would be for each profile to use a different AUMID. So I'm going to consider this to be close enough to be a duplicate.
