Please update Pulsebot development to docker image mozillaconduit/pulsebot:release-20230605.1

Also part of this release we will need to have an additional configuration variable added to support new features.

Please add the following to the configuration of Pulse on the development instance:

BUGZILLA_UPLIFT=releases/mozilla-release,releases/mozilla-beta,releases/mozilla-esr*

Connor, can you verify that the above branch list looks correct? Is it OK for us to use the wildcard for the releases/mozilla-esr* or should be we list out the exact esr versions?

A wildcard will suffice for the version number. It's less work for us to update it when a new ESR repo is created as well.

dlactin, can you go ahead and add the new config variable to both dev and production? It won't affect the older code on production at all and I am still debugging why production failed yesterday.

This was rolled out to development and production (by mistake) on June 5th and caused production Pulsebot to stop working properly. Production was rolled back to the prior release and is again working fine. Please leave the new version on development as I will be able to troubleshoot the issue there for a new release.

I have realized the error now that was occurring in production (as also dev) and fixed. I would like to roll this out to production today and give it a try. Let's coordinate on slack and push the image.
