Neither SM jobs nor PGO runs installer.

The reason given in comment 5 was miscommunicated. The reason for this being backed out was that we don't have the correct blocks in place yet on the server side to prevent these installers from being downloaded after we land the block. We expect to have that done by next week and will take care of landing this (and uplifting to Beta) then.

QA team managed to cover all affected OSs and seems that Latest Nightly build is not installed/opened.
